Our individualized assistance, supervision/support, and training services cater to those living in their own homes or with family. Designed to foster independence and integration, our Personal Support program ensures individuals can fully participate in home and community life. Also referred to as Community Supported Living Arrangements, these services are tailored to the needs outlined in each individual's plan.
Our services are available to individuals with developmental disabilities enrolled in the waiver program, experiencing crisis situations, transitioning from state residential centers or other facilities, or awaiting DDA services.
